I know what it feels like when your child is suffering. I have worked with youth-at-risk in some of the toughest areas in Los Angeles for over 15 years and I have successfully incorporate my Rhymecology techniques to help youth express, discover, and create the results that they want and deserve from their lives, as well as help therapists, counselors and teachers bridge the gap to the youth they serve, through my unique techniques.
I am an Educator, Writer, Music Artist, and Certified Mental Health Professional, with a Masters in Educational Psychology & Counseling. As the leading transformative Rhyme and Wellness Coach, I have been using lyrics to process pain and purpose for over 20 years. I created Rhymecology® ​​to help people express, discover, and create themselves through the study and power of hip-hop lyrics and culture. For Youth, through Rhymecology® as well as my virtual co-owned school, Pendulum Ink, I empower adolescents to express themselves, build confidence, and develop emotional literacy through the art and understanding of rap music combined with creative writing and self-expression.
